About:Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Ferry

Buying the Shenzhen-HK airport ferry tickets online - pre-check in service

I am fly out of HK airport on KLM. Can I pre-book and pay for my ferry ticket online and collect the ticket at the terminal? Flying with KLM I will also be using the pre-check in service at the ferry terminal. Thank you.

Hi, currently the booking service from the port to the HKIA is not available on the official website. You can search the official website of Chu Kong Passenger Transport Co., LTD, on which you can book the ticket and then collect that at the ferry terminal.

Thanks again to Amir for the answer about buying tickets online. Unfortunately the CKS website will not let me buy online either. Maybe online purchase is not available to some countries? I will have an opportunity to visit the Shekou Skypier 2 days before my departure from HKIA so I will buy my ticket then. 2 questions: 1- my flight leaves at 13:30 on a Sunday, what time ferry should I buy a ticket for? The website is not clear, is it 120 minutes before ferry departure or plane departure? 2- Depending on the answer to 1, what time should I arrive at the Skypier to catch the ferry? I will be using the pre-checkin and baggage drop service.

Actually, there is no limitation of countries about the ferry tickets reservation, but the airline does. As I know, the KLM is among the airlines which are able to book the tickets in advance, so you may try again to get a ferry ticket to HKIA. Or you can buy the ticket on the spot in Shekou port. It i not that hard though!

As for your two questions, here is my suggestion:
1. You should get to the Skypier about 120min ahead to check in~
2. If you use the precheck in service at Shekou Port, you need to get to Skypier to catch your flight at least 90min ahead.
