About:Visa Policy of China

72 hour visa issue concerning about the name issue

My airline booking shows only my first and surname whereas my passport also shows my middle name. Will absence of middle name in airline application for 72 hour transit permit cause a problem when I arrive in shanghai.

Hi, in practice, the absence of a middle name on your ticket will cause no problem and most Airlines accept the absence of Middle Name. So take it easy. You can also contact Shanghai airport directly for confirmation: 0086-21-51105100
