Transfer from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Jingan Temple

What is faster from Pudong Airport to Jingan Temple: Airport Line 2 or Metro Line 2? How often do they circulate? My plane will arrive at 8.00 a.m.

At that time, it is suggested to take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach Jing'an Temple, because it is crowded in the subway line 2.
The interval of line 2 is around 15 to 25 minutes.
