rail tickets booking thru travel china guide

Question

I would like to book train tickets for 3 adults from Guilin to Liuzhou then to Jishou on 2 April 2014 on return tickets as well. I want to depart from GL at 4.21pm while arriving Liuzhou I want to board 9.09pm to Jishou.As my return ticket from Jishou I want to board 8.26pm to Liuzhou and from Liuzhou I want 8.59am to Guilin. For the long ride of 8hrs and above we want soft sleepers while the short hour ride can be seat only. Please tell me how to book thru your company and what is the commission fees we have to pay beside the tickets fare.Thank you very much and hear from you as soon as possible.
