Where to collect high speed rail tickets after booking online

I will be crossing from Lok Ma Chau mrt to Shenzhen metro station Futian Port to get to Shenzhen North station. Can I collect my paper high speed tickets at Futian Port metro station? or Lok Ma Chau mrt?
Can I also collect these paper high speed tickets at Hong Kong international airport? or anywhere else in Hong Kong?
