where to collect high speed rail tickets after booking online

Question

I will be crossing from Lok Ma Chau mrt to Shenzhen metro station Futian Port to get to Shenzhen North station. Can I collect my paper high speed tickets at Futian Port metro station? or Lok Ma Chau mrt?Can I also collect these paper high speed tickets at Hong Kong international airport? or anywhere else in Hong Kong?Thanks for your help

All tickets should be collected at the railway tickets offices or railway station in China Mianland. Now the new policy states that the passengers' identities should be verified first, which can only be done at the railway station. So, we suggest you go to the station directly.
