From the airport, there is no bus to reach Anji County directly and you need to go to the SH South Railway Station to take the buses for Anji.
From Pudong airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 7 to reach its terminal at the south railway station. Then you can walk along Liuzhou Road to the SH South Bus Station, where you can find the direct buses for Anji County.
The buses for Anji are at 07:35, 08:44, 09:44, 12:47 and 14:44.0
