Taxi cost from Hangzhou Internstional Airport to Anji

Is there any problem in taking taxis from Hangzhou Airport at about 10 pm at night? What is approx taxi fare to Baishuiwan Village? How far is it? Travelling time? Is it metred fare or one has to negotiate fare before boarding?

Baishuiwan Village is in Huzhou but not Hangzhou. The distance from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to Baishuiwan Village is about 100 kilometers (62 miles) so it is quite expensive to call a taxi upon your arrival. I suggest you reserve a car and negotiate the charge with the driver in advance if you decide to go there at night, and it will spend around 1.5 hours on the way.

Alternatively, you may stay in Hangzhou for one night, and take a shuttle bus which runs between Hangzhou North Bus Station and Anji Bus Center the next day. Upon arrival at Anji, you can take a taxi to Baishuiwan and the fare is about CNY 35. It will cost you 2.5 hours on the way.

Maybe you can download a car-hailing app in advance, such as Uber and Didi Chuxing which are widely used in China. Or you may find a company who offer car rental service online and book a car in advance.
