About:Chinese Embassy in Slovenia

How to apply for visa if I am not in Slovenia

In June I plan to go to 14-days vacation to China and I was wondering how to apply for it. I go with my boyfriend who is going there for work. I'm a Slovenian citizen but I live in France and I will also fly from here. I am asking you information about the documents that i need and if i can send all of this by post to you or I must come personally to your embassy. It is a little difficult for me to come to Slovenia only for this as I live in France.

If you have valid French resident permit, you can submit your application to the Chinese embassy or consulate in Franch.

Thank you for your answer! I don't have this....as Slovenia is in EU we don't need any extra French resident permit to stay here. All my documents are still slovenian that is why i think i must do it in Slovenia. I just have a problem to go personally to Chinese embassy in Slovenia...
