About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

I am from Slovenia (Europe).

We will travel by plane for Shanghai and then we need only transport to port, because there we start our cruise.
I dont know if we need visa and what kind of it?

Marija, if the following conditions are fulfilled, you don't need any kind of visa because you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit:

- Your flight is not allowed to have any additional landing in mainland China beside Shanghai
- Your cruise is not allowed to have its first port of call, immediately after Shanghai, in mainland China port

So, if these two conditions are fulfilled, you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you don't need any kind of visa.

You will print out your flight and cruise tickets and bring those printouts with you.
