My parcel stuck in ''Departure from outward OE malaysia'' what should I do next?? T.T

Departure from outward office means that your package passed the customs. Is there anything new like "delivery to the airport"?1

Just now something has move my parcel...it was stuck FEB 14 2014...just now it change to ''6/3/2013 Departure from inward OE/Send item to domestic location''
I was use EMS ship from china over FIJI than to malaysia...is very slow T.T...It ship on last year...T.T..I hate customs this kinda thing...
But if there still nothing that update on my parcel the best thing is call POST MALAYSIA right??? or still have other choice???I have email and it say (UPGRADE SERVICES BLA,BLA,BLA)....0
