About:Chinese Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago

is a tourist L visa same as form 2011.a ? and are airlie tickets/ hotel to be paid for beforehand?

No, you need to use the Form V.2013 for application. You are right that confirmed round-trip ticket and hotel reservation are required for L application.
