If you want to use the local public bus, you can follow the following routes. You can ask the people where you live to find the bus station: Da'an Xi Lu Xi Zhan (大安西路西站) where you can take the bus line 127 to Changshun Shangjie (长顺上街站). Then you can walk along the road to find that valley easily.
