Are you sure about the name of the hotel? Because I don't find it. Anyway, it costs CNY50-60 by taxi to the alley. By public transportation, you can take shuttle bus line 1 to Tianfu Square East. Walk to Tianfu Square and take subway line 2 to People's Park. Leave from exit D1 and walk north to find the Wide and Narrow Alley.
