How to visit Volga Manor in Harbin

Hi,

could you please tell me how to visit Volga Manor? Some people say that it is difficult to get a taxi and some drivers refuse to go there. Can I go there by bus?

You can go to the Hongqi Avenue (Tongxiang Shopping Mall) Station (红旗大街) to take the bus line 377 to its terminal at Chenggaozi Town (成高子镇) Station. Then you can change the bus line 377 (Branch Line 3) (377, 支线3) to get to Volga Mansor.

I don't know the exact bus time, but I went at 8 and returned at 4pm. I heard that the last bus is at 6pm.
