How to get to Volga Manor? Any bus? And if I take a taxi there, is it difficult to get a taxi back to Harbin city center later in the afternoon?

There is one direct bus departing from Zhuo Lin Jiu Dian ( a hotel) at 9:30 but the bus ticket needs to be booked at least one day in advance.

At present, there are buses from Harbin West Bus Station departing at 07:50 and 10:50 and from Saint Sophia Cathedral at 07:50 and 09:10.
