when can i book tickets to xiamen?

Question

I need to book rail tickets from Shenzen North to Xiamen North for Friday 18th April til Wednesday 23rd April. I will be travelling from Hong Kong.When is the earliest I can book them?Can the tickets be delivered to my hotel in Hong Kong?Thanks

In China, the tickets can be released 20 days before departure date, but you can reserve and pay for the tickets through an agent, such as this site, so someone can book them for you at the first time.
