Hi, according to the tracking website my parcel RC421295690CN has a "opening" status since 25jan2014. why is it taking so long? how do i know if there is any problem? i have contacted the seller that is shipping my product but there is no reply. how can i verify if my parcel is being sent and when can i receive it? thank you for your help.
