visa on arrival at haikou

Hi, we are 7 people and holding Malaysian passport planning go to Hainan in April 04/04/2014 until 09/04/2014 for 6 days.  will be flying from Singapore to Hainan, so can we get the visa on arrival at Haikou and what is the costs ?.

If you have joined a tour organized by international travel services approved by the National Tourism Administration of China and registered in Hainan Province and stay there for no more than 15 days, the visa is not needed, otherwise, you need to apply one visa before coming.
