About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I'm a Brazilian guy studying in China (with Chinese resident permit). How do I apply for a visa?

I am afraid that you may not apply for it from the Japanese embassy in PRC. According to the embassy, those who hold Z type or long term resident permits in PRC are allowed to apply at the Japanese embassy.

Students in China holding permit can apply for Japanese visit visa in China .A friend of mine got it last year .you need to go to nearest consular.
