Is the subway train runcing 24 hours from or to pudong AirPort in Shanghai?

No, it does not run 24 hours. The last train from Pudong airport is at around 22:00.0

How bout bus going to Baron bund hotel at fuzhou rd , Nanjing? How can i go to my hotel if my flight arrival is midnight . Thank you0

The fastest and direct way is to take a taxi to your hotel directly.
If you want a more cheaper one, you can take the airport shuttle bus Night Line to reach People's Square (Zhejiang Middle Road, Yan'an Road) Station and then take a taxi to your hotel easily.0
