About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

Can I send my PA to get my visa in Chicago Chinese embassy?

I have a Canadian passport.

Sorry, mail applications are not accepted by Chinese embassy or consulate. And you should submit your application to the consulate if you stay in the consular area where Chicago Chinese consulate administrates and you have legal resident status there. If you are currently in Canada, please apply in person or send your applications to the CVASC branch in your area.

Thank you for the infos. If I send my personal assistant in person to the Chicago Chinese ambassy with all my papers signed/passeport/picture can I obtain it? I'm visiting Florida and I'm not a resident

Hi, entrust someone else is ok for application. You can have a try anyway if you are not a resident, showing your valid US visa if any.
