going to dragon gate on wheelchair.

Hai lucie,or other nice people out there,i want to know is it possible to go on wheelchair by lucie's route to dragon gate?.i m nik now staying at de re jun hotel kunming along beijing road near the bus terminal.please advice other optins if you know.
