About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

My bag failed in security check at Guangzhou airport because of batteries. How I can get them ?

Now, I am at destination

I think you should contact the sender and see if he can help you. If it can't be sent by air. Then he might help you choose another transport way and send it to you.
