does shenzen visa on arrival for indonesia passport holder still available on april 2014?

I live in Indonesia and will visit hongkong, Macau and  Shenzen as part of my holiday on april 2014could you give us some information about VOA on Shenzendo i still can do this like usual?because i receive some informations that the VOA on Shenzen isn't available anymore, and we have to apply for it on the China Embassy on our country. i try to google it to confirmed the info, but i can't find any recent update about Shenzen VOA of 2014could you give us a valid information about this?Many thanks before

Hi, it is ok for you to get VOA at Shenzhen border if you did this before, but there is a possibility to be refused if the city is busy, for example, trade fairs with many visitors. So, you are suggested to apply for a Chinese visa in advance if you have time.
