Does Shenzen Visa on Arrival for indonesia Passport holder still available on April 2014?

I live in Indonesia and will visit hongkong, Macau and Shenzen as part of my holiday on april 2014
could you give us some information about VOA on Shenzen
do i still can do this like usual?
because i receive some informations that the VOA on Shenzen isn't available anymore, and we have to apply for it on the China Embassy on our country.
i try to google it to confirmed the info, but i can't find any recent update about Shenzen VOA of 2014
could you give us a valid information about this?
