Iranian with EP in Singapore requires VISA to Hong Kong & China

Hi, I'm Singaporean and traveling with my bf to Hong Kong for his conference.
He's Iranian holding an EP here, and we wonder if he can apply one to China and will it be applicable for Hong Kong as well? As we plan to visit Hong Kong (for the conference), Macau (Visa not required I believe) and Hainan Island as well.

Hi, your bf needs to apply for both visas to Hong Kong and China mainland. So just submit application to Chinese embassy. He can get Macao visa on arrival.
