Long wait for delivery

Hi! I've been waiting for a parcel for over a month (this is the code RB956091846CN) and it looks like it's been stuck at Bejing airport for ten days now... Can you help me find a way to quicken the process or tell me how long would it roughly be before I finally get it?

This is the last update. Your package wasn't stuck at the airport. It was sent to you by air. I think you will receive it in one or two weeks.
