can one buy four soft sleeper tickets for two adults?to avoid sharing?

My husband does not sleep well and we would like if possible to avoid sharing with others. We want to buy soft sleeper tickets for Guiyang to Guilin. is it possible to pay for four tickets so that we have a compartment to ourselves?

Now is the real name system, it is not possible for one person holding 2 tickets. For some routes, there are luxury soft sleeper compartments which only hold two persons. You can check whether this is available or not before booking.
