About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

American looking for Chinese visa while in Singapore.

Working in Afghanistan, will be in Singapore for a few days before taking a cruise to China. Having issues getting my one here in Kabul. Can I use the consulate in Singapore to get this done using the expedited process?

I am afraid not, because the officers here only issue visas to residents. That is to say, you have to provide document showing your resident status such as PR, WP, EP, STP, DP or SVP.
