About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Still very confusing! Can we just take the free shuttle bus from the HK airport to Metro Park Kowloon hotel!

otherwise, how the service actually works? Mahalo!

You cannot do that.
The free shuttle bus only operate between Kowloon Station and the hotels instead from airport to hotels.
If you want to use the free shuttle bus service, you need to take the airport express line to reach Kowloon station and then take the free shuttle bus line K5 to your hotel.
