Need Help with Visa Stamp to Saudi to Join my Husband!

My husband is the Principal Project Control Manager working for parson, responsible for the Riyadh Metro project. He wants me to join him but I have problem getting the visa stamp to Saudi. His company needs him. So we are basically separated. I am currently in the US and I am applying for my conditional green card. Once I get my conditional green card alone with the reentry permit which are both good for 2 years, can I get my visa stamp through US? Me and my husband only plan to say in Saudi for a year. And if not, I am Chinese citizen, I could get my visa stamp in China. I have a valid passport and all other documentations. But since I came to US when I was 14, I do not have a Shen Fen Zheng, like an ID card for Chinese citizens. And it is just too time consuming to go to my hometown police station to apply one. I learned that in July, 1st, 2013 China passed a new law, for people like me we can use passport as a mean for identification and a Chinese ID is not needed. Not like I will stay in China for more then a week.

I think you might find some agencies and see if they can help you apply for it. According to what I know, Chinese citizens have to apply via the agencies approved by the embassy of KSA in PRC. So the agencies might help you apply for it.
