visa for filipino citizen and US citizen?

I'm a US citizen like to visit Hongkong and Macau in Sept 2014 . Liked to take niece with me who is Filipino citizen to tour for 4 days does she need to apply one?

Nope, she enjoys 14 days free access to HK if she has valid ordinary passport of Philippines.
