Yes, there is direct bus service between the two attractions. Bus no. 879 can directly take you from Badaling to Dingling. It takes around 2.5h.

Except the Ming Tombs including Mingling and Dingling, I know there is Western Cemetery of Qing Dynasty (Qing Xi Ling) at Hebei, around 120km from BJ. You may have interest in this!

1. No long distance bus operates from BJ city to Dingling, so you have to use the public buses. If you tell me where you are going to stay, I will find the routes for you.

2. To the Western Cemeteries of Qing, I suggest you take a direct busat BJ Lizeqiao Long-distance Bus to Yixian (易县). Then take a taxi to the scenic area, with the taxi cost of around CNY20. As there are many tombs there and they call scatter in a large area, it is best to rent a taxi or motorcycle to visit around.
