I ordered an item, but it didn't come in mentioned time
I opened a dispute, but the seller told me "because use slow shipping model, need 3 to 6 weeks arrive , please wait friend , now I refund your postage free ship to you . thanks ! " I accepted the dispute, and now the order is shown as finished, but still there is no tracking info. I have no money and no item. What can I do?
