Travel time between Luohu and Shenzhen North station

We are foreigners from Hong Kong. We want to travel to Qing Yuan by train. We have already booked the tickets to Qing Yuan. Is Luohu MTR station directly below the subway train station, which has trains to SZ north station? Is this the easiest and fastest way to travel from Luohu station to the North Station? How long will the journey take? Thank you for your help.
