About:Hong Kong Long-Distance Bus

we are holding Canadian passport with Chinese visa. Do we have to go through any emigration procedure in hong kong?

or we can just get on board the bus at the MTR station or any of the pick up point?

No, Canadian passport enjoy free entry to HK, your passport is enough even for immigration check, so it is ok for you to take bus at MTR station or any of the pick up point.
