How do I go to Guangzhou from Shenzhen?

Is there any high speed train available? Or I can just take the ordinary express train? From which station?

Surely there are highs-peed trains for the journey and it should be the best way to travel. You can take the train at SZ Station (Luohu Station) and it will take you to Guangzhou East.
