Will my package leave for Bulgaria

The tracking number is rb951391543cn and it is stuck at airport in Beijing from 30th January. Could you please check. Also there is another problem Destination Country is BE - meaning Belgium, but it must be BULGARIA, the seller said it was technical mistake from the China Air Post employee, but anyway could you help me with more information.
