what is the taxi rate for after midnight in Shanghai? the cost per taxi or person? max people ina cab?

From 23:00 to 05:00, the initiate price is around 18RMB for 3km and 3.1RMB per km after that. The taxi fee is charged based on the distance instead of the number of people.
One taxi can hold four people as a whole.
