I am a Filipina married to an Australian. We got married in Hong Kong. We both hold HK permanent ID.

We moved to Sydney last year and now moving to the Middle east. We need our marriage certificate to be attested by the country we were married before we can apply for family residency permit in the Middle East. Can we go to the PRC embassy here in Sydney to have it attested? Thanks.
