I am get overstayed almost more than two month how much I need to pay the penalty and what is the process to pay the penality, and how much penality need to pay want to return India...also not able to pay 10000 Rmb whts is the easiest way...any suggestions...Thnx Jyoti Sharma

You just report yourself to the local PSB and then pay the fine. I am afraid that you might be detained for 15 days (at most) if you can't pay the fine. According to the related law, those who overstayed will be fined 10000 RMB at most or detained 5 to 15 days.
