I am wondering whether you are referring to Foshan or Fushun. Anyway, for Foshan, there is a direct train in operation and it takes almost 22 hours; for Fushun, there are two trains available.

Then it is Fushun in Liaoning instead of Fushan. As I told you, there are two trains from BJ and it takes around 10 hours.

Yes, both of the two trains do not reach the south railway station. The price is around 208RMB per ticket for hard sleeper and 315RMB for soft sleeper on train K95. On train 2917, the hard sleeper fare is around 116RMB and 183RMB for soft sleeper.

The price is different for different trains, so you may need to confirm in the Train Section on this website. The train takes about 10 to 11 hours.
