Can I transit 72 hours each at Shanghai and Guangzhou, on a trip from Amsterdam to Tokyo?

Amsterdam to Shanghai (72 hours) Shanghai to Tokyo, Tokyo back to GZ (72 hours), Guangzhou return to Amsterdam
