i need your help please to track my parcel

Hello, i cant track my parcel anymore, seller says he sent it to china post airmail, and the tracking number shows only NULL since 11/2013. Did china post airmail lose my parcel?

Firstly, NULL doesn't mean that there is any problem with your package. The status is tranlated from Chinese to English on China Post tracking tool. It cannot always be translated right. When there is no equivalent expression, it shows NULL.

Then may I know your tracking number? Maybe I can find something new.
