may i stay in airport hotel in kunming without visanear the airport hotel?

I am flying to Tokyo from Bangladesh by China Eastern Airlines on End of March. I will arrive at KM from Tokyo via Shanghai at  2320 and my departure to Dhaka next day 12:55.1. Is there any hotel inside the airport?2 May I go out without Chaina Visa  to any city hotel?3. Is there any airport lounge for Priority pass holder?4. If i can stay in a city hotel which hotel you do suggest?5. At what time I need to be in the airport before departure?6. May I need to take all the luggages out with me?7. I am interested to do early morning photography if time permits. Any suggestion?Thanks and regards

As your transit will be within 24h, you can apply for a stay permit upon lanidng. With the permit, you will be allowed to get out of the airport. 1. There are only houry lounges in the airport. As for your case, you can easily find a Bangladesh guest house right outside of the airport. Its name is China Bangla Guest House, which will just cost 17USD for accommodation, food and pick up service for your stay. 2. It is forbidden to get out without a visa, but you can apply for a stay permit as I said. 3. What priority pass do you refer to? But I know thereare VIP lounges. 4. Refer to answer no. 1.5. You are suggested to be in the airport for check in around 2 hours before. 6. No, if you have to recheck in your luggage after transit. You are suggested to store that in the airport. 7. You can get up very early to go to local Western Hills or Dianchi Lake for photography. May help!
