I am visiting Taipei September or November which is the best season should I go, how is the weather?

ReplyThe average temperature for Nov. is around 20C and for September, it is around 25 to 30C.
In my opinion, it is suggested to go in Nov, since Sep is still the typhoon season for Taipei and still hot.11Reply
