I'm a Ghanaian married to a chinese and have a baby,would like to know if I can use an English name which will reflect in the hukou and as to whether can apply for two passports for my baby.

Hi, it's impossible to use an English name for your kid when you register Hukou for your baby at local PSB. By the way, you can't get two passports for your baby too because China doesn't accept dual citizenship.
