About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Is senior discount ticket applicable to all tourist not citizen of hongkong in buying tickets in all attraction like disneyland ocean park the peak and other?

I am afraid not. As I know, the Disneyland has senior discount for people over 65 years old, while for the Ocean Park, there is no such a discount.

Yes, it is also applicable for non HK senior citizens.
