About:China Visa

Applying for a visa in a different country

We are Australians who will be travelling for several months before entering China on the Trans Siberian Railway, and will not be able to apply in Australia before we leave because it is outside of the 90 day period. Can we apply for it in either London or Moscow? If so, where is the best place to apply? If we can't do this, is there another option?

Hi, it is now difficult to apply in a third country, as they generally only issue visas to their resident. So, it you are temporary visitor, then it will be difficult or at least risky to be refused. Or you may try to apply for a 6 month double entry L in Australia to be safe.
