About:Marriage Registration in China

single certificate's chinese translation

I am indian, and I already made my affidavit of single status from indian consulate in China. Do I also need to translate it in Chinese? And notarized it?
How about birth certificate, it also need to translate?

Yes, it is necessary to transit them into Chinese and make notarization.

Hi sandip, just go to indian consulate in Shanghai or Beijing with your passport and no objection certificate from your parents, they have standard format with them, consulate general will look at your documents and he will sign on your affidavit. Fees = 200 rmb.
