I am afraid that you cannot buy bus tickets to DL from KM airport.
The bus takes about four hours and a half on the way.1

This is the updating for any one looking for bus ticket from KM Airport to Dali, I been there last week 23/3/2016, no longer bus ran from KM Airport to Dali confirmed, have to take the bus from airport to western bus terminal to Dali0
